Common questions
I forgot my password.
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen. We email a reset link to the address on your account. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Does Spenzo connect to my bank?
No. Spenzo only stores what you enter, and never asks for your online banking login.
How do I download a statement?
Open Reports in the app, pick a month or date range, and choose PDF or CSV. Monthly download limits are shown on the same screen.
How do I change my currency or timezone?
Go to Profile and edit your preferences. Balances and monthly periods update immediately.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Profile and tap Delete account; on the web, open Settings. Deletion is immediate, removes all of your data and cannot be undone. You can also email mahfoosubaiahamed@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and we will do it for you.
